Guide to the Family and Medical Leave Act for Public Safety (2021 Edition)
The Family and Medical Leave Act provides eligible employees with unpaid, job-protected leave for certain specified reasons. There are many misconceptions and misunderstandings regarding the rights afforded to employees under the FMLA, and this Guide will seek to clarify many of those ambiguities.
