Kelly is an Assistant Chief Juvenile Probation officer, with the Plymouth County Juvenile Court. Over the course of her career, Kelly has over 15 years’ experience working with the juvenile population. Kelly holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology & Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Bridgewater State University, as well as a PH.D (ABD) in Psychology with a concentration in Criminology. Kelly has experience in many roles as a DCF social worker/ investigator as well as 9 years’ experience with the Juvenile Court Probation Department. Additionally, Kelly is a part-time professor at Bridgewater State University teaching classes such as Juvenile Delinquency, Juvenile Justice, Ethics in the Criminal Justice System, Corrections & Victimology. Kelly serves on several state and county wide committees addressing commercially and sexually exploited youth and is on the “Project Safe Neighborhood” and “DEC” (Drug endangered children) committees created by the Plymouth County District Attorney’s office.
