COURSE DESCRIPTION
The program focuses heavily on Supervisory functions and responsibilities. Subject matter areas include supervisory skills including; coaching, mentoring, delegating, assisting, documenting, reporting and communicating. Subject matter areas also include accountability methods, conflict management, legal responsibilities, stress management, workplace diversity, performance skills and situational decision-making skills.
Conducting monthly supervisory subordinate conferences, conducting crucial confrontations, responsibility to enforce the Rules and Regulations, Polices Procedures of the organization. Documenting and reporting employee performance issues as well basic supervisory duties and functions will all be discussed.
The Seminar will focus on providing the participants with realistic job scenarios and job simulations using realistic interactive ‘Role Players’ and job circumstances to enhance participants job skills and decision-making skills.
