Course Description
This is an update of Massachusetts firearms laws instructed by Chief Ron Glidden (Ret.). The training will include the August 2022 changes to Massachusetts firearms law including, and the impact on licensing from the Supreme Court’s decision in New York State Rifle & Pistol Association v. Bruen. Recent changes in firearms licensing eligibility and suitability will also be discussed as well as other important firearms laws, procedures, and responsibilities for licensing officials. The training is appropriate for firearms licensing and enforcement personnel as well as others interested in Massachusetts firearms law.
