Complete the Series. Earn the Recognition.

The Crime Scene Processor Recognition Program recognizes officers and investigators who complete three core MPI forensic courses and attend the Annual Detectives Conference.

Together, the courses build practical skills in evidence recovery, full-scene processing, forensic photography, courtroom-ready documentation, biological evidence collection, and proper lab-submission preparation.

After completing the three qualifying courses, participants receive a commemorative Crime Scene Processor lapel pin at the Annual Detectives Conference. Courses may be completed in any order and do not have to be taken in the same year. Previous MPI course completions count.
